I would normally perform the Crossfit Open (18.4) today, but my father-in-law wants me to help him up some trees at his church. I get to utilize the trainin g from the last 4 months.

This week was the first week in the last eight that I did not lose weight. If the same happens next week, I will make adjustments to my diet.
